1947
Mr Jean BEYL develops the first “safety ski binding”: the "Anti-Fracture", featuring a rotating plate on the ski with lateral elastic travel.
1951
BEYL establishes the LOOK fixations company in Nevers, France.
1963
The N17 is first “PIVOT” binding, providing a level of protection and performance never achieved before.
1970
Jean Noël AUGERT, Ingrid LAFFORGUE, Billy KIDD, and Michèle JACOT win gold medals in Val Gardena World Championship.
1974
The new LOOK factory is built in Rue de la Pique, Nevers – where LOOK bindings are still produced to this day.
1983
LOOK completely redesigns the product offerings and the 99 World Cup, the 99HP, 59, 39, and Integral models debut.
1984
Inspired by Piet Mondrian’s paintings, the now iconic LOOK logo is introduced.
1994
A new history begins as LOOK fixations is purchased by Rossignol on August 1st 1994.
Alberto TOMBA wins the Silver medal in Slalom at the Lillehammer Olympic Games; as well as the 1995 Slalom World Cup and Overall.
2002
Jean-Pierre VIDAL wins the Gold medal in Slalom at the Salt Lake City Olympic Games.
2008
The LOOK C-Cube launches, becoming the lightest integrated system available on the market.
2009
The iconic PIVOT returns!
Aurélien DUCROZ wins the Freeride World Tour Championship.
2012
The LOOK X-Press system wins the Eco-Responsibility Award at ISPO.
2013
Jean-Frédéric CHAPUIS wins the SkierCross World Cup.
2017
Tessa WORLEY wins the Gold medal in GS in St. Moritz.
Historical.Jean-Frédéric CHAPUIS wins the Crystal Globe for the 3rd time in a raw as skicross worldcup winner.
2018

Henrik HARLAUT and David WISE bring the new Pivot Forza to the summit at the X games in Aspen.
